Big Green Factory wanted a bright and bold site to really showcase their ethical clothing and products. Using an Open-source platform and local people also made complete sense for them and is really inline with their ethos as a company.

Funky design, solid sales.

While they really wanted to push the conventions on the design side of things, they made it clear that it still needs to be a powerhouse for their ecommerce sales.

Great experience. Producing clear and concise reports for their staff, and welcoming easy to read email for their customers were of the same priority to them. Really showing that they wanted the users experience to be no less than theirs.

All the little bits

To really show the wide variety of products in their best light, its all about the little bits and the finish touches. Items such as having a currency convertor next to each product saves time and helps with international sales.

In the detail. Having product photos go from small thumbnails through to "I could print that on my wall" size gives buyers the confidence they know what they are getting, more confidence leads to better conversion.
