The problem

TIM Group develops technology for the finance sector and has offices in over 40 countries. It needed a new customer-facing site showing the full range of what it offers.

Its clients come from very specific sectors and areas of finance, each looking for something different. The site had to get each of them to the right place quickly, and keep up as the business changed.

What we had to solve

01

Several audiences, one site

Different client groups needed clear routes to the products relevant to them.

02

Animation without hard-coding

TIM Group had specific ideas for animation, and every word and image in it had to stay editable.

03

A site that keeps up

New products and messages had to go live when the business was ready, not when a developer was free.

What we built

A team meeting around a table in a modern office

A site structured around core journeys, so each type of client is guided through to the sections that matter to them.

Custom welcome animations showcase individual products, and every piece of imagery or text inside them is managed in the CMS. The team can change an animation as easily as a page.

Core journeys

Routes through the site for each type of client.

CMS-managed animation

Text and imagery in every animation editable by the team.

Fully editable pages

Updates applied whenever the business needs them.

The outcome

TIM Group has a site that speaks to each of its client groups and an animation system its own team controls, so the site moves at the pace of the business.
